Cédric Bakambu ist ein kongolesischer Stürmer, der für seine Zeit bei Villarreal und Beijing Guoan bekannt ist. Er begann seine Karriere in Frankreich bei Sochaux und wechselte später nach Spanien, wo er sich als torgefährlicher Angreifer etablierte. Nach Stationen in China und der Türkei kehrte er 2023 nach Europa zurück und spielte unter anderem für Galatasaray.
Bakambu ist ein schneller und beweglicher Mittelstürmer, der durch seine Antrittsschnelligkeit und seinen guten Abschluss besticht. Er agiert am besten im Strafraum, kann aber auch aus der Distanz treffen und ist ein starker Konterangreifer.
