Angeliño is an attacking full-back who excels at overlapping runs and delivering crosses into the box, with a strong left foot and good technical ability. He is less dominant defensively, sometimes struggling against pacey wingers, but his energy and stamina make him a constant threat in the final third. His tactical role often involves pushing high up the pitch to create width and support the attack.
