VfB StuttgartA nivel de clubes, fue parte del equipo juvenil del KRC Genk que ganó la Copa de Bélgica Sub-21. Con la selección de Marruecos, ha sido convocado a categorías inferiores y debutó con la absoluta, siendo considerado una de las promesas del fútbol marroquí.
Bilal El Khannouss es un talentoso centrocampista ofensivo marroquí de 22 años que actualmente juega en el VfB Stuttgart. Se formó en las categorías inferiores del KRC Genk, donde debutó profesionalmente y destacó por su visión de juego y creatividad. En 2024, dio el salto a la Bundesliga alemana para continuar su desarrollo en el Stuttgart.
El Khannouss es un mediapunta técnico y elegante, con una excelente capacidad para filtrar pases entre líneas y crear ocasiones de gol. Su baja estatura y centro de gravedad bajo le permiten ser ágil en espacios reducidos, aunque debe mejorar su físico y consistencia defensiva. Se destaca por su inteligencia táctica y su habilidad para asociarse con los delanteros.
